HI Stuart,

Just wanted to drop you a line to confirm that I picked up the modem earlier today from the post office, they could not explain why a card had NOT been put through the letter box , but hey its that time of year....... Anyway the modem works fine and is dialing "Origin" without any problems.

On a serious note I just wanted to thank you for the customer service that you have provided over the past couple of weeks, believe me I deal with lots of companies who appear to take customer service and customer experience as a second priority, its a refreshing change to deal with yourselves... Hello Stuart,

Just a few lines to say how pleased I am with the performance of my new m10 Blinder Laser Jammer.I recently had the opportunity to 'field test' it against the latest laser speed guns now available and the unit performed faultlessly. Over a series of repeated runs the units could not obtain a speed reading only showing an 'err' message in the diplay....very impresed !, as was the operator.The units are very discrete and are mounted either either side of the registration plate on my Impreza .I must again thank you for the excellent service provided by 'Ed-Equip' having just received my new 'Road Angel' from you as promised the next day.
