Pogo Alert

The Pogo Alert is a safety and information device that warns drivers of upcoming hazards such as speed camera sites or known accident blackspots. It will also alert the driver to schools and congestion charge zones and with the supplied laser detector module it can also warn of mobile laser traps.

With a stylish cutting edge industrial design and high resolution TFT colour screen the Pogo Alert doesn't just look great it works great too. With its custom designed GPS hardware and an intuitive graphical interface this is truly one of the most sophisticated speed camera locator to take to the road.

A GPS speedtrap detector is only as good as its database, and the Pogo Alert uses Origin360 an award winning speed camera database that comes pre-loaded onto the Alert. By using the Origin360 the Pogo Alert is able to provide audio and visual alerts of on-coming hazards with detailed information such as type of speed trap, speed limit and proximity to the speed trap.

With the Pogo Alert you also get a laser detector module which alerts you to mobile laser speed traps such as safety camera vans. The module is a highly sensitive infra-red laser detector for the best protection and its completely removable, so if you don't want to use it - you don't have to.

The Pogo Alert uses the Award Winning Origin360 database to provide up to date and the most accurate information available. You can carry out updates by using the software supplied to download the latest data from the internet. Each Pogo Alert comes with a free six month subscription to this service. Thereafter, an annual fee of �50.00 (including VAT) applies.
